<br />Regular ~leeting of the Village Council~, November 17, 1969.

<br />The Vi 11 age Counci 1 met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of November 17, 1969, be corrected to read:

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to execute a contract between the Village and SUA,
<br />a division of Dillingham Corporation, for a space study of the
<br />needs of the Village in the way of a Village Hall, garages, and
<br />other facilities. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the contract with Pattee
<br />Architects be approved for services in designing Acorn Park
<br />facilities. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Village release the
<br />bond for Edward Bossard regarding work completed for the construction
<br />of COhansey Street from County Road B north 700 feet. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Orfei and Sons, Inc. be
<br />granted an extension on Project P-68-l3 to the beginning of the
<br />construction season in 1970 providing they do the work as stated
<br />in the Banister Engineering letter of November 13, 1969. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5275
<br />concurring with the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners' action
<br />naming South Owasso Boulevard as C.S.A.H. #20 be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel ~.1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that the application submitted
<br />by Joseph Lambert for division of a lot at 2215 North Cleveland
<br />Avenue be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
