<br />Curley Hoved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Uecember 8, 1969, meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley ~loved, Linebarger Seconded that the Charles I'{. Sexton
<br />Company be awarded the Group Life and Accidental Death and Dis-
<br />ability insurance coverage at rates of $1.18 per month for the
<br />$2,000.00 term life and $.12 per month for the $2,000.00 for the
<br />AD&D. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and ~Ioll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Salary Continuance
<br />insurance coverage be awarded ~lutual Benefit Life Insurance Co.
<br />with the agent to be the Charles W. Sexton Company for $.41 per
<br />$100 of protected income. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Council ratify the appoint-
<br />ment of Carl DeSpiegelaere as a regular member of the Roseville
<br />Volunteer Fire Department, having completed his six months pro-
<br />bation as recommended by the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department.

<br />Grauel Hoved, Anderson Seconded, that the Village ~lanager write
<br />to Herschel Caplan, General Manager of Sidney A. Goodman Enterprises,
<br />advising him there will be no refund on the unused portion of his
<br />variance request because of expenses incurred in progressing his
<br />application. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that an additional amount of
<br />$357.73 be paid George J. and Mary Jane Reiling as authorized by
<br />the Village Attorney in his letter of December 10, 1969. Roll Call,
