<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council. January 19, 1970.

<br />The Vi llage Counei 1 met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, LinebarRer
<br />and Anderson.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meetinll of
<br />January 12, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Public Hearing - Jell Associates (Nor-Dot Motel) application for
<br />On-Sale Liquor License.
<br />
<br />At conclusion of the Public Hearing the Council tabled the request
<br />until the required rezoning has been acted upon.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for On-Sale and
<br />Sunday Sale Liquor License by Howard Johnson be withdrawn as requested
<br />in letter from John Mason dated January 9, 1970, and that a refund of
<br />$5,200.00 be made. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final plat on Hillsborough
<br />Addition at Rice, Grandview and Minnesota Avenues be approved and the
<br />Hayor and Hanager authorized to sign it. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Dr. \II. W. Amerongen be re-
<br />appointed Health Officer for the Village of Roseville and that his
<br />salary be increased from $50 to $100 a month. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Linebarger and Anderson. Nays: Grauel and Moll.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5304 relating
<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improve-
<br />ment No. I (Auditor No. 87) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5305 relating
<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Water Improvement No. 62-1
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and
<br />Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5306 relating to
<br />apportionment of assessments relating to Consolidated Storm Sewer
<br />Improvements Nos. 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 65-37, 65-43, 66-11, 66.14 and
<br />66-15 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Graue I Moved, Moll Seconded, that the officers of the Rosevi 11e
<br />Volunteer Fire Department be verified as listed in Richard A. Carrier's
<br />letter of January 12, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
