<br />Company be awarded the bid for $7,685.58 for a walk.in cooler at the

<br />for rezoning from R.l to R.3A be approved for the area south of the
<br />developed residential property on an east west line 170 feet south
<br />of the existing residential property; that they submit a preliminary
<br />plat for the 170 foot strip of six residential lots; that they
<br />dedicate for road purposes 16.5 feet on the east side of Cleveland
<br />Avenue i and that a cuI de sac be constructed on the end of wi lder
<br />Street to serve the residential property; that the applicant file a
<br />landscape plan with the Village. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Curley and Moll. Nays: Anderson.

<br />easements be obtained as outlined by the Public Works Director in
<br />his memo dated February 6,1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
