<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and

<br />of February 9, 1970, be approved as submitted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the bid on the two 1/2 Ton
<br />Pickup Trucks and the one Van Truck be awarded to the 101'/ bidders
<br />meeting specifications as recommended by the Pub lie Works Director in
<br />his memo dated February 13, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,

<br />to participate in a joint study of water rates sponsored by the Ramsey
<br />County League of Municipalities; and further, that $5,097.00 be trans-
<br />ferred from the Contingency Fund to the Contractural Services Account
<br />of the Village Council to pay for the anticipated Roseville share of
<br />the cost of such a rate study. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
