<br />~~ract of ~linutes of ~eeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ltinnesota <br />fiJarch 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />Community Room of the Rosedale Center <br />was held in the /~aKbageo~ in said Village on Thursday, the 5th <br /> <br />day of f1Jarch, 1970, at 7:30 o'clocJ~ p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Linebarger, Grauel, Anderson, and Curley: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village ~Janager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />SS-69-7, Watermain Improvement W-69-8 and Street Improvement P-69-9 <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 16, 1970, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and w'as di- <br /> <br />rected to be filed by the ~anager. The village fiJanager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of ~Jailing Notice of I~aring to all <br /> <br />affected property ~~ners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />llJanager. <br /> <br />The Igyor then directed the ~Janager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br /> <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
