<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />SS-69-l2, Water Improvement W-69-l3 and Street Improvement P-69-l4, <br /> <br />councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5333 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEvJER IMPROVEMENT SS-69-12, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT TtV'-69-l3 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-69-l4 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES t CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to pUblished notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-12, Water <br />Improvement W-69-l3 and Street Improvement P-69-14, consisting <br />of the construction of watermain and sewer and necessary appurten- <br />ances and street on Draper Avenue between Eythe Street and ap- <br />proximately 200 feet east of HYthe Street to the cul-de-sac dead <br />end, and on Eythe Street between Draper Avenue and Rosewood Lane <br />South as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently <br />estimated to be approximately $25,614.00, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />Village ~anager; and having considered the views of all interested <br />persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be construc- <br />ted and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property as described in <br />the notice of hearing; and that the Village Public T~rks Director <br />is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final <br />plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Counci~an Anderson <br /> <br />, and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
