Improvement 69-21

A telephone call was received from Mr. William Heyne, 1607
Brooks Avenue: In favor of the improvement.

MR. GEORGE COOK, 2570 Snelling Curve: Has already been
assessed for drainage into County Ditch 4. At that time all of
his water drained west. Now he's in the bnprovement because of
the proposed storm sewer on Pascal which is to the east. Not
opposed to the project but wanted to know if he would be assessed
a second time.

MR. JOHN JOHNSON, 2526 Snelling Curve: Asked if County
Ditch 4 would remain an open ditch or if it would be covered. At
the corner of Snelling Curve where the ditch begins the run off
gets heavy. As]{ed if there was any provision to carry the water
uphill to the west.

MR. R. H. CURRY, 2618 Charlotte Street: Lives at the bottom
of a hill. Doesn't need a storm sewer because if the street was
graded properly there would be no problem.

MR. MARVIN HUIRAS, 2599 Snelling Curve: Was assessed under
the drainage improvement in 1952 and asked if he would be assessed
again. The improvement proposes catch basins to the west of Brooks
and Snelling Curve. Asked if any were anticipated to the north.

MR. JON ROADFELDT, 1548 \1. Sextant: Has a storm sewer system
in his area that was constructed in 1961 by the county. If that's
adequate, he wanted to know why he should now be assessed for a
larger pipe. Also wanted to know what provision would be made
for the increased flowage into ZUronerman Lake from which the
sediment deposits would eventually fill the lake.

MR. CALVIN DOUGLAS, 1015 Virginia: Owns property between
County Road C and County Road C-2. Asked if the pond would be
drained and eventually filled.

MRS. STANLEY LINDBERG, 2850 N. Snelling Avenue: Asked how
far the storm sewer pipe would go north.

MR. CALVIN DOUGLAS, lOl5 Virginia: As shown on the map, is
the storm sewer line in the same area as the sanitary sewer.
