<br />Lexington Avenue on the west and will outlet its waters into <br />previously constructed storm sewers constructed under previous <br />village improvements. Storm Sewer Improvement ST-69-20 consists <br />of the construction of storm sewers and necessary appurtenances <br />in that portion of the Village of Roseville lying generally in <br />the area bounded by Trunk Highway 36, County Road B, Midlothian <br />Road, and Snelling Avenue. Storm Sewer Improvement ST-69-2l <br />consists of the construction of storm sewers and necessary <br />appurtenances in that portion of the Village of Roseville lying <br />generally in the area bounded by Bounty Road B-2, County Road C-2, <br />Pascal Avenue, and Herschel Avenue. The foregoing consolidated <br />improvements, as described in the Notices of Hearing, will be <br />constructed at a cost presently estimated to be approximately <br />$851,301, all sUbstantially in accordance with the preliminary <br />engineer's reports as to the feasibility thereof which are now <br />on file in the office of the Village Manager. Having considered <br />the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in <br />the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said consolidated improvements shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursua~ to <br />Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor <br />shall include the property as described in the notices of hearingJ <br />and that Banister Engineering Company is hereby directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications <br />for the construction of said consolidated improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
