<br />The Vi Hage Counei 1 met on the above date with the following

<br />Grauel l-loved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of March 5, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Holl. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger ~1oved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of March 16, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None,

<br />Anderson Haved, Curley Seconded, that the Willmus rezoning request
<br />from I-I to B-3 at 2480 North Cleveland Avenue be granted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and 1,1011. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Wi llmus Properties for an On-Sale Liquor License at 2480 North
<br />Cleveland Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request for rezoning
<br />from I-I to 8-3 of Jell and Associates at 2540 North Cleveland
<br />Avenue be granted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that a special use permit be granted
<br />to Jell and Associates for the construction of a motel at 2540 North
<br />Cleveland Avenue.

<br />Conditions: 1) Dedication to the Village of Roseville of 16.5
<br />feet on the westerly side of the property for
<br />street purposes

<br />Dedication of 33 feet on the northerly side of the
<br />rezoned portion of the property for street purposes.
