<br />Regular ~feeting of the Village Council - April 27,1970.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 20, uno, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Murphy Oil Corporation
<br />request for amended special use permit at 2151 North Dale Street
<br />be laid over until the meeting of May 11, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Grauel and Moll. Nays: Curley and Linebarger.

<br />Cur ley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Standard Oil Company
<br />request for division of a lot and special use permit at 2441
<br />North Fairview Avenue be approved subject to the dedication of
<br />ten (10) feet for Fairview Avenue right-of-way. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Cur ley Moved, Graue 1 Seconded, that the request of Top-Sales, Inc.
<br />for a division of a lot, variance to zoning and special use permit
<br />for 2725 North Lexington Avenue be denied. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the letter from the National
<br />League of Cities regarding resolution of support for Inter-American
<br />Municipal Organization be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5382 ordering
<br />preparation of report on Improvement P-70-9 and Resolution No. 5383
<br />receiving report and calling hearing on Improvement P-70-9 for
<br />May 2S, 1970, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Line-
<br />barger and t-Ioll. Nays: None. Abstentions: Anderson.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5384 regarding
<br />an order to raze buildings at "The East one-half of the West Ten (10)
<br />acres of the South one-half of the Southwest one quarter (1/4) of the
<br />Southwest one quarter (1/4) of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23,
<br />Ramsey County, Minn." owned by John Zittel be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5385 calling
<br />for preparation of plans and specifications for the improvement of
<br />Aladdin Street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5386 relating
<br />to appropriation of Municipal State Aid Funds to Minnesota Highway
<br />Department Project SP 6284-47 and SP 6284-58 be adopted, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
