<br />The Village Council met on the above date \-lith the following
<br />members present: ~layor Holl, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Anderson.

<br />Cur ley Hoved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 27, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grmlel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Holl. Nays: None.

<br />Meeting Alameda Pond. TIle Council heard from a number of residents
<br />of the area expressing their concern over the status of the pond.

<br />Grauel Hoved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5389 be
<br />adopted denying the request of tile amended special use permit at
<br />2151 North Dale Street requested by Hurphy Oil Corporation. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, and Moll. Nays: Curley and
<br />Linebarger.

<br />use permit in planned unit development and rezoning from R.l, R.2
<br />and B-1 to R-3A and B-3 at 700 West County Road B be approved Witil
<br />the conditions that the applicant construct a green vinyl cyclone
<br />fence with slats and this fence and grading along the west property
<br />lines commence as Soon as possible after the start of construction
<br />of the project, and that if pos-sible, the apartment bui lding be
<br />serviced by underground power wires. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Holl. Nays: None.

<br />not purchase property at Dale and County Road C for park purposes
<br />and that a refund of $5.00 be made to the Park and Recreation Dir.

<br />Moll. Nays: None.
