<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of June 22, 1970 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None. Abstentions: Grauel.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the proposal submitted
<br />by John Rysgaard regarding Villa Park Ski area be referred to the
<br />staff for further study. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />the Burlington Northern Railroad regarding special assessments for
<br />street improvements be placed in the project file. Roll Call,

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request from the Central
<br />Park Foundation regarding park entrance on Lexington Avenue be
<br />deferred until Lexington Avenue improvement plans are submitted by
<br />Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Cur ley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager inform
<br />the Central Park Foundation that the Council is in favor of the water-
<br />ways proposal for Bennett Lake project but the funds are not available
<br />at this time. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Mollo Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request of ,Jell and
<br />Associates for an amended special use permit at 2540 North Cleveland
<br />Avenue be continued until July 20, 1970; and that Mro Loftsgaarden
<br />be directed to submit his new plans to Midwest Planning & Research for
<br />review. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and
<br />Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the \Ulage Attorney be
<br />instructed to draw up an ordinance adopting state Air Pollution
<br />standards effective August 1, 1970, with the exception of leaf
<br />burning which is to be allowed until January 1, 19710 Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and ~lolL Nays: None.
