<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - August 10, 1970.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 20, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. Abstentions: Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />View Con request for preliminary plat, rezoning, special use
<br />permit and variance at 1700 TH 36 be held over until September 14,
<br />1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley ~Ioved, Anderson Seconded, that the renaming of County
<br />Road C request be referred to the Planning Commission for re-
<br />commendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and ~1011. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley ~10ved, Anderson Seconded, that the request for amended
<br />special use permit be approved for the Holiday Inn development
<br />(Jell and Associates) subject to the conditions listed in the
<br />memo from Midwest Planning Research of August 10, 1970, subject
<br />to the recording of these conditions in an instrument to be pre-
<br />pared by the Village Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request of Continental
<br />Oil Company for a special use permit at 1721 North Lexington Avenue
<br />be re-referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: Curley.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5443 calling
<br />for feasibility report on the extending of Heinel Drive with the
<br />necessary connecting street for South Owasso Boulevard be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Graue 1, Linebarger and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request of Louis
<br />Schiavino for withdrawal of his preliminary plat approval and
<br />rezoning from R-l to R-2 be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5444
<br />approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement
<br />for bids on Ornamental Street Lighting Improvement No. P-70-9,
<br />Project 1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and MolL Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel ~1oved, Anderson Seconded, that the request by Robert Reinecke
<br />for variance to sideyard setback at 2791 North Griggs Street be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
