<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 5th day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Mr. Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager~ <br />Mr. Sherman Goldberg, village Public Works Director~ Mr. Peter S. <br />Popovich, village bond consultant. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Street Xmprovement P-68-25 in <br /> <br />the Roseville Sun on September l6, 1970, which affidavit was <br /> <br />examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The <br /> <br />Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing <br /> <br />to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> <br />sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br />
