<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 8, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Thursday, <br /> <br />the 8th day of October, 1970, at <br /> <br />7,30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll Uld Couftc1~ <br />Grauel, L1aebargeX', Aftder80ft aad curley, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on October 5, <br /> <br />1970, Councilman <br /> <br />curley <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />\ <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND <br />CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />STREET lMPROV.El>11~ P-69-26 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
