<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the fourteenth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, JOhnson, Thomas, Haschka, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8637 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on May 8, <br />1990, Ashbach Construction Company has satisfactorily completed the <br />improvements associated with 1990 Contract E. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, the <br />work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Ma.schk,a and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on <br />the 14th day of January, 1991, with the original thereof on file in my <br />office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 14th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />SEA L <br /> <br />~ <br />
