<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 26, 1970.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: ~1ayorMoll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and
<br />Curley.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meetings
<br />of October 5, 8 and 12, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded. that the bid on booster station
<br />improvements 'be awarded the low bidder, Axel Newman Plumbing & Heating
<br />Company of St. Paul in the low base bid amount of $32,590.00 according
<br />to the conditions set down by Banister Engineering Company in their
<br />letter of October 23, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel ~1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request for Western
<br />Stores, Division of Continental Oil Company for a special use
<br />permit for service station be approved with the following conditions:
<br />1) The building will be set back an additional 25 feet from its
<br />location on the presented plan to remove the pump iSlands from the
<br />service roadway; 2) That the exterior of the building be finished
<br />with brick. 3) That a variance is granted for the parking re-
<br />quirements to permit 42 parking spaces on the property. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
