<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Heeting of the Village Council - October 29, 1970. <br /> <br />The Village Counci 1 met on the above date wi th the following <br />members present: Mayor Holl, Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Grauel <br />and Linebarger. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that on the property at 1950 <br />West County Road B-2, owned by T. M. Willmus Company, a variance <br />from Sections 10.020 through 10 .050 be granted as it pertains to <br />side yard setbacks for parking, so as to allow parking to the new <br />right-of-way line of Prior Avenue, upon proper application of the <br />owner. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Grauel, Linebarger and <br />Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Village Attorney be <br />authorized to enter into a stipulation to correct the legal des- <br />cription of Sanitary Sewer Easements Nos. 1571 and 1572, according <br />to the legal descriptions shown in a letter of the Village Attorney <br />dated October 22, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at <br />6:00 P.M.
