<br />The Vi !lage Counci 1 met on the above date wi th the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 16. 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the bid on the 4-Door Sedan in
<br />amount of $3,195.00 for White Bear Dodge be accepted; the 4-Door
<br />Intermediate Sedan at the bid of $2,814.23 by Barnett Chrysler Plymouth
<br />be accepted; and on 4 Station Wagons at $3,670.37 by Barnett Chrysler
<br />Plymouth be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the matter on the rezoning
<br />request of Frank Leier from R-l to R-2 at 2530 North Snelling Curve
<br />be continued until the first meeting in May, 1971; and that the Manager
<br />contact Mr. Leier to advise him that this matter will be placed on the
<br />agenda at that time for action. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the matter of rezoning of property
<br />for Garden City Construction Company from R-l to R-3A and Special Use
<br />Permit at 1721 Marion Street be continued until the meeting of
<br />December 14, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Nabpco, Inc.
<br />for a special use permit to sell snowmobiles at 2025 North Rice Street
<br />be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5558 declaring
<br />adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of a feasibility report
<br />by the engineer be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
