<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Anderson, Councilmen Curley, Grauel
<br />and Linebarger. Absent: Mayor Moll.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the regular minutes of
<br />the meeting of November 30, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Garden
<br />City Construction Company for rezoning from R-l to R-3A and Special
<br />Use Permit at 1721 Marion Street be laid over until January 18,
<br />1971. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that we approve the Roseville
<br />Fire Department's recommendation that they place Robert A. Olein
<br />of 1154 Eldridge on six months training probation to the Fire De-
<br />partment. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and
<br />Anderson. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the contract with Blue
<br />Shield for the next 13 months be approved and that the Village
<br />assume the single rate cost of $14.82 per month per covered
<br />employee. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Payment No.5, Marvin Rehbein
<br />Construction Company on Projects 69-7, 69-8 and 69-9 and 69-27,
<br />69-28 and 69-29 in the amount of $50,333.84 be paid. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson. Nays: None.

<br />to prepare an ordinance increasing the sanitary sewer rental as out-
<br />lined in the report of the Public Works Director dated November 12,
<br />1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson.
