<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - December 21, 1970.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: ~fayor ~fol1, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.

<br />Curley ~1oved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />December 14, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions: Moll.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Village enter
<br />joint purchasing agreement with St. Paul to purchase nine
<br />~10torola at a total cost of $4,410.45. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improve-
<br />ment 69-27 be adopted. Roll Call. Ayes: Anderson. Curley. Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
