P_,,:,sevlllG <br />Ramsey Coun"..:y, IJlinnesota <br />f'larcn 16, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, ~as held <br /> <br />at the Community Room in Har Mar l~ll in said Village on Tuesday, <br /> <br />the 16th day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village M:l.nager presented an affidavit showing publicatlon <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Improvements 88-70-11, W-70-l2 and <br /> <br />P-8T-70-l3 in accordance with the resolution adopted February 22, <br /> <br />1971, which affidavit was e~amined and found to be satisfactory and <br /> <br />was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated c')st of the proposed improvement <br /> <br />and the area p~oposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the <br /> <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names <br /> <br />and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council, and <br /> <br />the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: <br />
