<br />Extract. of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village af ROR~ville <br />Ramsey CO\lnty I ~~i.:mesota <br />March 16, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the village of Rosevi.11e, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the Community Room in Har Mar Mall in said village on Tuesday, <br /> <br />the 16th day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager prssented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notic8 of hearing on p:roposer1 Improvement S2-TIIJ-{>-71-l2 in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution a0Qpted February 22: 1971, which <br /> <br />affidavi'c was examined and found tc 1'8 satisfactory and was directed <br /> <br />to be filed by the Manager? The V:Lllage Hanager also exhibi'ced a <br /> <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br /> <br />owners, which certificate was exaluined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br /> <br />and the area proposed to be assessed ~h9refor, as stated in the <br /> <br />published notice of hearing. AfteJ: reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportnnity to be heard, and the <br /> <br />names and addresses of the persons ~ppaar1ngand heard by the Council, <br /> <br />and the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: <br />
