<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Ros~ville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 16, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice ther.eof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the Communj.ty Room i.n Har Mar Mall in said Village on Tuesday, <br /> <br />the 16th day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement SS-~I\71)T-71-l4 in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted February 22, 1971, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed <br /> <br />to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a <br /> <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br /> <br />owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br /> <br />and the area proposed to be assessed th~refor, as stated in the <br /> <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br /> <br />names and addresses of the persons ~ppaaringand heard by the Council, <br /> <br />and the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: <br />
