<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />rrraeting of May 17, 1971, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the award of bid for
<br />maintenance and servicing of radio equipmmt be made to Air Comm
<br />for $3,708.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />to Northern States Power Company electric rate increase be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Hollo Nays: None.
<br />Abstentions: Comcilman Anderson. Councilman Anderson abstained
<br />because of employrrrant with Northern States Power Company.

<br />Center for a circus on the Rosedale parking lot from July 12-17,
<br />1971, be approved. Roll CaU, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application by Ted Glasrud
<br />and Associates for approval of preliminary plat, "Kingwood Addition"
<br />be referred to the Planning Corranission for recol1lrendation. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5660 ordering
<br />advertisement for bids on Combined Improvements of 1971, Series II,
<br />for June 17, 1971, at 11:30 A.M. be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a public hearing be established
<br />for June 21, 1971, on the application for on-sale and Sunday sale
<br />liquor license for the Mack Hotel. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson ~1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for June 21, 1971, for the transfer of an on-sale liquor
<br />license from Thomas Willmus to Northern States Enterprises, Inc.
<br />and on an application for Sunday Sale liquor license. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
