<br />Village acquire a road <ad utility easement on Parcel Noo 1, and
<br />the Mayor and Manager sign the earnest money contract authorizing

<br />the Village acquire temporary construction easements on Parcels
<br />"D", "E" and "F' for the amounts set forth in the Village Attorney's
<br />letter of July 29, 1971. and that the Mayor and Manager sign earnest
<br />money contracts authorizing said purchases. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />by Mro Victor Michels for preliminary plat of "Michels Roselawn" at
<br />1254 West Roselawn Avenue be referred to the Planning Conmission
<br />for recomnendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Andersoo, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays ~ None.

<br />fran Zirrmerman Realty Canpany at its own cost and expense a site plan
<br />for the property, a landscape plan, a contour plan, a traffic study
<br />and engineer' 5 study which can be used by the Minnesota Highway ~pto /)
<br />and the Village of Roseville in detennining if the flowage easement can
<br />be released over a porticn of the property; that the Village staff
<br />consult with Midwest Planning & Research, Inco and Zimnennan Realty in
<br />an effort to work out the best possible developrrent and when all the
<br />above conditions have been net to refer the entire matter back to the
<br />Planning Conmission for further reconmendation. The staff is to further
<br />report to the Council on an estimated schedule of the time necessary
