<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was <br />duly held on the 14th day of January, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />Maschka, ahd Rag, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8640 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF DUE DATE FOR REVIEW <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR CONSISTENCY <br />WITH AMENDED METROPOLITAN COUNCIL POLICY PLANS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, state statutes (Minn. Stat. 473.856) requires that <br /> <br />cities review their comprehensive plans for consistency with <br /> <br />Metropolitan Council policy plans within nine months of the plans <br /> <br />being submitted to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has amended its policy <br /> <br />plans; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is required to review its <br />comprehensive plan for consistency with the amended policy plans <br /> <br />and submit amendments to the Metropolitan Council by January 10, <br /> <br />1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will be completing a major <br /> <br />review and update of its comprehensive plan in 1991. <br />
