<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 23, 1971.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, COW'lcilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of August 9, 1971, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Graue l, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Limbarger Seconded, that the application of
<br />Kings Court, Inc. for rezoning from R-l to B-l at 2560 Fry
<br />Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Graue l, Linebarger and MolL Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Bridgeman's Ice
<br />Cream be allowed to have the curb cuts on Burke Avenue as
<br />requested. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the recycling project
<br />be referred to the Village Attorney and Village Manager to
<br />draw up a contract for consideration at the Council meeting
<br />of September 13, 1971. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that a parade pennit be
<br />issued to William C. Davenport and Jim King, Chairmen of the
<br />parade for the Central Park Fun Festival to be held on
<br />September 26, 1971. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village proceed
<br />with the next step in the water study as outlined in the letter
<br />from Mr. Richard Hazen of Hazen & Sawyer. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Cano Presbyterian Church regarding the Roseville Police De-
