<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held September 8, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Wednesday, the <br /> <br />8th day of September, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman Goldberg, village Public <br />WOrks Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co., village <br />consulting engineers; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment fo= <br /> <br />Improvement P-69-9 <br /> <br />in the Roseville Sun <br /> <br />on August 25, 1971, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, <br /> <br />and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate <br />of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the considera- <br /> <br />tion of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons <br /> <br />present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, <br /> <br />and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Manager <br /> <br />were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated <br /> <br />as follows: No one appeared at the hearing. <br />
