MR. FREDE T. SALOMONSEN, 195 Woodlynn Avenue: Every time
it rains he has a lake on his lower lot. Asked that some adjustment
be made.

MR. ALVIN FEDKENHEUER, 1992 N. Cleveland: Doesn't believe
he should be included in the assessment since his storm water
doesn't run in the direction as described in the report.

MRS. PEARL CANNON, 2120 N. Cleveland: Has been assessed on
an acreage basis for one and a half acres, but feels that she should
only be assessed for two lots because of the location of the house.

MR. RICHARD SONTERRE, 2924 Galtier St.: Doesn't understand
where the "improvement" is because the water is still going where
it was before.

MR. PAUL FRILSETH, 349 County Road C-2 West: Some of his
neighbors had not received a notice of the hearing. It was pointed
out that some of his neighbors are not included in the improvement
and, therefore, are not being assessed. Half of his water will
flow into the sewer and half into the swamp. For this reason, he
questioned why he was getting a full assessment.

MR HAROLD SCHMIDT, 2991 Woodbridge St.: Said he didn't
object to the assessment, but did object to the feasibility of
the improvement because it wasn't necessary.

MR. QUINTON HECI<ERT, 3050 Woodbridge: The whole area is
a natural drainage and the improvement wasn't necessary. Commented
on the bad condition of the streets.

MR. EDWIN KUHNE, 3047 Woodbridge: Thought there was a
waste of money being experienced through a careless handling of
the storm sewer pipes and people's lawns.

MR. GEORGE RISTY, 2001 W. Eldridge: Lives on the corner of
Wilder and Eldridge and on his side of Wilder there is absolutely
no storm water problem. Also asked if the street would be repaired.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: Questions about perJDanent streets and
curbs and gutters.

MR. RICHARD SONTERRE, 2924 Galtier (Spoke before):
Questioned the location of the storm sewer mains in connection with
the water mains.

MR. DAVID DUNCAN, 2825 Marion: Asked for the rationale of
the assessment formula. He thought it would have been more fair on
a square foot basis.

COUNCILMAN ANDERSON indicated that he had received a phone
call from MRS. PETER SETTECASI, 165 S. OWasso Blvd. She was
assessed on a commercial basis because she has a beauty shop in the
house. She believes she should be assessed one half on the commer-
cial basis and one half on the residential basis.

MR. PETER SETTACASI, 165 S. <wasso Blvd.: Said the water
isn't going to drain anyplace and his driveway is broken up.

MR. EDWIN KUHNE, 3047 WOodbridge (Spoke before) : Questioned
the safety factor of the ditch parallel to South OWasso Blvd.
