<br />The Village COlU1cil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, COlU1cilmen Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Curley.

<br />Mayor Moll proclaimed the week of October 24 - 30, 1971, as
<br />American Education Week.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that SlU1day, October 31, 1971,
<br />be celebrated as "Halloween". Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 4, 1971, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the application of
<br />final plat for "The Palisades" be continued until November 8,
<br />1971. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, on ImproveJrent No. 70-15, 70-16
<br />and 70-17, the Village acquire a road and utility easement on parcel
<br />one (1) for the amolU1t set forth in the Village Attorney's letter
<br />of October 14, 1971, and that the Mayor and Manager sign earnest
<br />money contract authorizing said purchase. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request by the
<br />Finance Officer for 1971 audit by Touche Ross and Company be
<br />granted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley
