<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the <br />fourteenth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Cushman introduced the following resolution and move its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8641 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS: <br />P-91-02, Neighborhood 56, <br />P-91-02, Neighborhood 68, and <br />ST-91-08 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted August 27, 1990, the Council directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to <br />the feasibility of the proposed improvements: <br /> <br />P-91-02, Neighborhood 56 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Dellwood Avenue, County Road B to cul-de-sac; Merrill Street, <br />County Road B to Sherren Street; Sherren Street, Dellwood Avenue to <br />Lexington Avenue; Fernwood Street, Sandhurst Drive to Sherren <br />Street; Laurie Road, Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue; and <br />Sandhurst Drive, Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />P-91-02, Neighborhood 68 -- Including all that property <br />abutting Alta vista Drive, Dale Street to Stuber Road; Stuber Road, <br />Alameda Street to Alta vista Drive; Alameda Street, Stuber Road to <br />cul-de-sac; Roma Avenue, Alameda Street to Alta Vista Drive; <br />st. Albans Street, Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac; and ST-91-08, <br />storm sewer serving Neighborhood 68. <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to <br />whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and <br />cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as <br />Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood 56; P-90-02, Neighborhood 68; <br />and ST-91-08. <br /> <br />- <br />
