P-91-02, NEIGHBORHOOD S6 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said city, on the twenty-eighth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-91-02, Neighborhood 56 including all that property abutting: Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to cul-de-sac Merrill Street from County Road B to Sherren Street Sherren Street from Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue Fernwood Street from Sandhurst Drive to Sherren Street Laurie Road from Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue Sandhurst Drive from Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $850,061.08.
