P-91-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 68 AND ST-91-08 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the twenty-eighth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-91-02, Neighborhood 68 and ST-91-08 including all that property abutting: Alameda street from Stuber Road to Roma Avenue Alta Vista Drive from Stuber Road to Dale Street Roma Avenue from Alameda street to Alta Vista Drive Stuber Road from Alameda Street to Alta Vista Drive st. Albans from Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac by the installation of storm sewer, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $729,645.00.
