<br />Regular Meeting of the Village CotDlcil . November 29, 1971.

<br />The Village COtmCil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of November 15, 1971, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the petition regarding
<br />7.20 acres be referred to the Recreation Board for a recommend.
<br />ation and that the staff authorize an appraisal of the property
<br />so that they can make a proper detennination. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel. Nays: Moll.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, t~t the Comcil accept the low
<br />bid for four station wagons of Barnett Chrysler Plymouth at
<br />$3, 79L 21 each; the low bid for one four door sedan of Barnett
<br />Chrysler Plymouth at $3,360.11 and one in'ternediate four door
<br />sedan of Barnett Chrysler Plymouth at $2,957,22; that though the
<br />intennediate sedan bid is not the low bid by an am:n.mt of $.70
<br />that by purchasing all the vehicles from the same vendor, the
<br />costs for servicing will prove to be more economical. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />and Ziniel at 559 South Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request of Dayton's
<br />Firestore Auto Center at Rosedale be approved subject to their
<br />acceptance of the Village Engineer's recommendations regarding
<br />the traffic patterns at the Fairview entrance to Rosedale. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the proposal regarding
<br />the .Joint Powers Agreement with New Brighton be filed. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
