<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of December 20, 1971, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Zimmennan Liquor
<br />License application be continued tmtil March 27, 1972. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and M:>ll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel M::>ved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5779 accept-
<br />ing petition and calling for feasibility report on utilities and
<br />street improvelOOnt, Prior Court south of COLD1ty Road D be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley ~1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5780
<br />commending Arthur Htmter on his twelve years of service as a
<br />mechanic in the Street Department, upon his retiretrent, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel M:lved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5781
<br />regarding cast iron anti trust action be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />Grauel M::>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No, 5782 revoking
<br />resolutions regarding 1972 levy certification to the County
<br />Auditor be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and MJll, Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger MJved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5783
<br />directing the COlUlty Auditor to levy taxes on real estate for
<br />monies for the fiscal year of 1972 be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and ~.bll, Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolutioo No. 5784 re-
<br />adopting the amended 1972 Budget be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Curley Moved, Andersoo Secooded, that Resolutioo No. 5785
<br />directing the COlDlty Auditor to reduce the established tax levy
<br />for golf course bonds, water improvetrents bonds, sanitary sewer
<br />improveJOOnt bonds, ice arena bonds, general improvement boods
<br />and park bonds be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
