<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - February 28, 1972

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the follow-
<br />ing members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Anderson.

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of February 14, 1972, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the low bid of
<br />$5,992.08 from International Harvester Company on the
<br />3 ton Truck Chassis and Cab be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village exercise
<br />its option to acquire the property at 2477 North Victoria
<br />Street for $23,500. The acquisition in accordance with
<br />
<br />7:30 P.M.
