EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the fourteenth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Cushman introduced the following resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8642 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS: P-91-02 and ST-91-09, Neighborhood 44W P-91-02 and ST-91-10, Neighborhood 45 P-91-02 and P-91-03, Neighborhood 57 and P-ST-SS-W-L-91-04 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted August 27, 1990, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-91-02, Neighborhood 44W -- Including all that property abutting Eustis Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; st. Croix Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; st. Stephen Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; and ST-91-09, storm sewer serving Neighborhood 44W. P-91-02, Neighborhood 45 -- Including all that property abutting Fairways Lane, County Road B to Fulham Street; Fulham Street, County Road B to Fairways Lane; and ST-91-10, storm sewer serving Neighborhood 45. P-91-02 and P-91-03, Neighborhood 57 -- Including all that property abutting Burke Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Dellwood Avenue; Burke Avenue from Fernwood Avenue to Lindy Avenue; Eldridge Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue; Karyl Place, Lindy Avenue to cul-de-sac; Shryer Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue; Ryan Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue; Draper Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue; Dellwood Avenue, County Road B to Roselawn Avenue; Lindy Avenue, Burke Avenue to Skillman Avenue; and Skillman Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue. By resolution adopted October 8, 1990, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement: P-ST-SS-W-L-91-04 -- Terrace Drive from Lincoln Drive westerly to the present cul-de-sac off Fairview Avenue.
