<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - March 20, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the follow-
<br />ing members present: Mayor Linebarger, Council men Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Brennan.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Minutes of the
<br />meeting of March 13, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Bid for one (1)
<br />150 C.F.M. Portable Air Compressor be awarded to the Air
<br />Power Equipment Corporation in the amount of $3595.00.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Ramsey County
<br />TOPICS program for Larpenteur Avenue be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Line-
<br />barger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Hearing for a
<br />special use permit for a service station at 2151 North
<br />Snelling Avenue, requested by Richard Knutson, be con-
<br />tinued to March 27, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that approval of the Final
<br />Plat "Josephine Lakeview" of Warren J. Brennan, and the
<br />re-zoning at 3090 North Lexington Avenue from B-3 to R-3
<br />be continued to March 27, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The letter from the Central Park Foundation regarding up-
<br />dating the design for Park development was read and
<br />accepted into the record.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that a Public Hearin~ be
<br />established for consideration of the Heine1 Drive Grade
<br />Crossing for April 17, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that a Public Hearing be
<br />established for consideration of the TOPICS program; re
<br />theCounty Road B-2 and Fairview and County Road C and
<br />Cleveland Avenue areas for April 17, 1972. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final payment of
<br />$750.00 to the White Construction Company, for Project
<br />67-34, 68-15 and 68-24 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
