<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - April 10, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the follow-
<br />ing members present: Acting Mayor Anderson, Councilmen
<br />Grauel, Brennan and Curley. Absent: Mayor Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of March 14, 1972, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Anderson.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of March 27, 1972, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Anderson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Grossman Corp-
<br />oration request for special use permit and variance to
<br />sign height and size at 2845 North 35 W be approved as
<br />recommended by the Planning Commission with the conditions
<br />as outlined in Planning Commission minutes of April 5,
<br />1972, that the property owner execute an agreement with
<br />the Village indicating they will not contest or claim damages
<br />for the right-of-way which may be required on the south side
<br />of County Road C-2 resulting from construction of a bridge
<br />over 35W at C-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Brennan, Curley
<br />and Anderson. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the development plans
<br />for parks and playgrounds in 1972, as presented by the
<br />Parks and Recreation Board be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Anderson. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5837
<br />approving plans and ordering advertisement for bids for
<br />opening on May 12, 1972, regarding Combined Improvements
<br />of 1972, Series 3, a portion of Consolidated Improvements
<br />of 1972, Project A, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Anderson. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5838
<br />approving plans and ordering advertisement for bids for
<br />opening on May 12, 1972, regarding Combined Improvements
<br />of 1972, Series 4, a portion of Consolidated Improvements
<br />of 1972, Project B, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Anderson. Nays: None.
