<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - April 17, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date withthe follow-
<br />ing members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Curley.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of April 10, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />Abstentions: Mayor Linebarger as he was absent from
<br />meeting.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the final plat of
<br />"Josephine Lake Addition" at 3090 North Lexington Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: Brennan.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that request for rezoning
<br />from R-l to B-1 and variances at 2034 West County Road D
<br />by Gunnar Pettersen be granted in accordance with the re-
<br />commendation made by the Planning Commission at their
<br />meeting of March 1, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the staff be
<br />instructed to contact the Public Service Commission
<br />regarding the estimated cost of establishing a new grade
<br />crossing on Heinel Drive and the Burlington Northern
<br />tracks. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions: Grauel
<br />as he is an employee of Burlington Northern Railroad.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Ramsey County
<br />TOPICS program for County Road C and Cleveland and
<br />Fairview and County Road B-2 be approved, but that the
<br />median be reduced on Fairview north of County Road B-2.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request to with-
<br />draw the application submitted by Richard Knutson for
<br />special use permit at 2151 North Snelling Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Village parti-
<br />cipate in the Dram Shop Insurance Study withthe League
<br />of Minnesota Municipalities. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 664
<br />rezoning the property at 3090 North Lexington Avenue from
<br />B-3 to R-3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Linebarger. Nays: Brennan.
