<br />Roberts for request for special use permit for a three
<br />story building in B-I zone and a multiple family in B-1

<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Jrauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the preliminary plat
<br />submitted by Louis Schiavino, "Schiavino Shores Addition"
<br />be approved and that a public hearing be established for the
<br />final plat approval for June 12, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Hallberg, 1175 West Laurie Road, to install a fence on
<br />Village property be approved and that the Village Attorney

<br />amending Section 238.040 of the Village Code by providing
<br />for enforcement of public nuisances within the ordinance
