<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - May 22, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of May 15, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None,
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the matter on the
<br />Teletype Terminal Upgrading Program be laid over until the
<br />June 12, 1972, meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Larry Squires Construct-
<br />ion bid of $580.00 be accepted for installing a new switchboard
<br />and receptionist location. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Minnesota Highway De-
<br />partment plans for additional turn lanes on TH 51 (Snelling
<br />Avenue) between County Road C and 500 feet north of Lydia
<br />Avenue (SP 6616-66) be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5850
<br />calling for feasibility report for road pattern on east side
<br />of Snelling Avenue, north and south of County Road B, Project
<br />P-73-9) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 5851
<br />calling for public hearing for June 26, 1972, on Projects
<br />P-73-8 and P-73-9 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Estimate No. 7 and Final
<br />be paid Orfei and Sons in the amount of $500.00 on Project
<br />P-68-l3, Fulham Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Hoved, Anderson Seconded, that Agreement with ~1innesota
<br />Highway Department and View Con, Inc. for service road on south
<br />side of TH 36 from Snelling to Fairview be approved, subject
<br />to the Village Attorney's opinion. Roll Call, Ayes: "~derson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
