<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - June 12, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Anderson.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 22, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that A & M Industrial Tractor
<br />be awarded the bid for the industrial tractor in the amount
<br />of $7,288.00 as low bidder. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Maintenance Garage bid be
<br />awarded as follows: General Construction to Adolfson & Peterson,
<br />Inc., low bidder in the amount of $181,520.00; Mechanical
<br />Construction to Axel Newman Heating and Plumbing, low bidder in
<br />the amount of $51,700; and the electrical construction to Hunt
<br />Electric Corporation, low bidder in the amount of $19,990.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the application from Paul
<br />Roberts for special use permit for a building over three stories
<br />and multiple dwellings in B-1 zone be approved with the condition
<br />that the recreational area be sodded and that a 10 foot wide
<br />easement be provided as designated by the Public Works Director
<br />for storm water drainage. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: Brennan.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Final Plat of "Schiavino
<br />Shores Addition" at 543 South Owasso Boulevard be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger.

<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />the final plat of "Kline Industrial Park", 2800 Long Lake Road
<br />be continued until the meeting of June 26, 1972. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the matter regarding
<br />barbecue fires on apartment balconies be continued until the
<br />meeting of June 26, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
