<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - July 31, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen CUrley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brerman.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of July 17, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brerman and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brerman Seconded, that the bid on painting
<br />of 700 fire hydrants be awarded to the low bidder, Dnya Kleen,
<br />Inc. in the amount of $2,450.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brerman and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Secnnded, that the public hearing
<br />on Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9 be continued until the
<br />meeting of August 14, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to sign the final plat when the Village Attorney
<br />advises that the agreement regarding County Road C-2 has been
<br />signed and filed of "Parranto Park" at 2800 Long Lake Road.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />"Rocca Townhouses" final plat be continued until the meeting of
<br />August 28, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel MOved, CUrley Seconded, that the request for rezoning
<br />from R-l to R-3A and special use permit for planned unit
<br />development at 1400 West County Road C-2 by Michels Construction
<br />Company be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Brennan.
<br />Nays: Anderson and Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the donation of lots owned
<br />by Dr. W. J. HUmber on Wager Street (Block 1, Lots 3, 4, 5, 6,
<br />7 and 8, Wagner Return, all of Lot A and Lot 1) be accepted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
