<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - August 14, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Brennan,
<br />Olr1ey and Linebarger. Absent: Councilman Anderson,
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of July 31, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of August 10, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Councilman Anderson entered the meeting at 7: 33 P.M.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application sul:mitted
<br />by Manny Hamburger for a special use permit for a truck wash
<br />in an 1-2 district at 2700 Fairview Avenue North be approved
<br />as recommended by the Planning Commission, and in addition the
<br />applicant dedicate property along Fairview Avenue as requested
<br />by the Public Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request by Ted Lebens
<br />at 1085 Roma Avenue for rezoning from R-I to B-1 and division of
<br />a lot be granted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Cur ley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel ~ved, Anderson Seconded, that the application submittecl
<br />by Indianhead Truck Lines for rezoning from I-I to 1-2 and speeial
<br />use permit at 1947 West County Road C be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />ilirley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Improvement P-73-8 not be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Improvement P-73-9
<br />be continued to a date not to exceed six months. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Olrley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Olrley Seconded, that a building permit be
<br />issued to Mr. Richard Knutson for a building for Burger King
<br />located at the southwe~t corner of Snelling and County Road
<br />B. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
