<br />Extra/ot of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Counc i'1:; <br />Village of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey COUdty, Minnesota <br />August 14, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, I~linnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Iiall in said Village on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of August, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Combined Improvements <br /> <br />~-73-8 and ~-73-9 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />June 12, 1972, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The <br /> <br />Village !>1anager also exhibited a Certificate of t-iailing Notice of <br /> <br />Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was <br /> <br />examined and fourid to be satisfactory and was directed to be <br /> <br />filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br /> <br />stated in the published notice of hearing.
