<br />Extract of r'linutes of Beeting of <br />Village CouHcil <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey Cou"ty, Minnesota <br />Held September 5, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of tne Village of Roseville, l1im.esota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, the <br /> <br />5th day of September, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were presei,t: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley. Grauel. Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />aud the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also iil attendance were: Burke M. Raymond, village Manager, <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Sherman GOldberg, village public <br />works director; Roger Short of Banister, Short, Elliott and <br />Hendrickson, village consulting engineers; and Peter S. Popovich <br />of Peterson & Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presel.,ted an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearL.g OL the proposed assessment for a portio!! of <br /> <br />Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 1 <br /> <br />in the Rosevil1e SWt <br /> <br />on august 16,' 1972 and August 23, 1972, which affidavit was examined, <br /> <br />found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Hanager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of r1ailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners. <br /> <br />The rlayor announced that the meeting was opeL for the considera- <br /> <br />tion of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment.
