<br />Extract of r'linutes of Heeting of <br />Village COUncil <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey Cou~,ty, Minnesota <br />Held September 5, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant. to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of tne Village of Roseville, ilinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, the <br /> <br />5th day of September, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p,m. <br /> <br />The following members were presei,t: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />a.lld the followLlg were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also iH attendance were: Burke M.. Raymond, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, village attorneYi Sherman Goldberg, village public <br />works director; Roger Short of Banister, Short, Elliott and <br />Hendrickson, village consulting engineers; and Peter S. popovich <br />of Peterson & Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager preser.,ted an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of ~lotice of hear ii.lg OL the proposed assessment for a portiou of <br /> <br />Improvement SS-W-P-ST-7l-12 <br /> <br />in the Roseville SUli <br /> <br />on august 16, 1972 and August 23, 1972, which affidavit was examined, <br /> <br />found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The IVlanager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of r1ailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property o\'mers. <br /> <br />The .rlayor announced that the meeting was OpeL for the considera- <br /> <br />tion of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment.
